Mahalla was born from a frustration so many Muslims know too well. The search for a spouse has become an endless loop of the apps — swiping, matching, texting, a call, a video chat, one underwhelming meeting, and then right back to the swiping. Exhausting, impersonal, and rarely going anywhere.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mahalla Events LLC website and your participation in events organized by Mahalla Events LLC ("Mahalla," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Mahalla Events LLC sells admission tickets to in-person social and networking events. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our events are currently held within the United States; there are no export restrictions applicable to our services.
Tickets purchased for Mahalla events are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated. Tickets are processed securely through our third-party registration and payment partners.
Mahalla is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming environment. Attendees are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from an event without refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event, you will be offered a refund or credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Mahalla Events LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Attendance is at your own risk.
Photographs and video may be taken at our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness potentially being used in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know at the event.

All ticket sales are final. Because we plan our events around confirmed attendance — including food, venue, and materials — we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket is purchased.
While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to give your ticket to someone else. Just email us at info@mahallaevents.com with the name of the person taking your place so we can update our guest list.
If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future event. We will notify registered attendees by email as soon as possible.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a concern about a payment, please contact us first at info@mahallaevents.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. We're committed to resolving genuine billing issues quickly and fairly. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
From time to time we may offer discounts, early-bird pricing, or promotional codes. Unless stated otherwise: promotions cannot be combined, apply only to the specific event indicated, are valid only for the stated period, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Any promotion-specific terms will be shown alongside the offer.
